The delivery charge is automatically calculated at check out and the most economical delivery partner is chosen to deliver your packages.
While we make all efforts to have your packages delivered to you at the earliest, delivery time is subject to a number of factors. If there is no adverse conditions preventing the delivery from being on time, you can expect to get the package within a few days. You can of course track your order or send us an email for support.
Yes, we ship world wide. Except in cases where there is an embargo or other special conditions to be observed to the destination country.

While we make every effort to make sure that our customers are not unnecessarily charged for delivery returns, we must look at every case individually. If there is merit in refunding the delivery charges in cases where we have been at fault we will do that unconditionally.
